A most interesting issue granted.
No. 23-0198/AF. U.S. v. Israel E. Flores. CCA 40294. On consideration of the petition for grant of review of the decision of the United States Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals, it is ordered that said petition is hereby granted on the following issue: WHETHER SENTENCE APPROPRIATENESS REVIEW FOR SEGMENTED SENTENCING MUST CONSIDER EACH SEGMENTED SENTENCE TO CONFINEMENT, OR INSTEAD ONLY THE OVERALL SENTENCE.
