Unfortunately, Secretary Kendall perpetuates the wrongheaded idea, seen so often in public statements nowadays, that a criminal trial is about "guilt or innocence". It isn't.

Well, if the message was to "acquit," then the case wouldn't have been referred to trial, especially in light of the PHO's report, which should've served as the most forceful hint, hint, foot stomp ever. 5/30/2024 17:59:45
