Wow. Just wow. What a bunch of gobblegook. The best part is where she wants to criminalize “emotional abuse”….yes let’s lock up 90% of the adult population. I actually don’t know Warren Wells from Adam but there was not a specific allegation in the entire rant.

Having read all 92 pages (most of it written in the third person…ugh):

1. I think I know what happened. (Look at the dates on her resume.). And if would be really funny if it wasn’t sad.
2. I completely agree with Ms. Snow that she is fully conversant with narcissistic personality disorder.
3. There will definitely be hefty motions practice out of this. It’s questionable that SecArmy had legal counsel before making her decision and she’s going to be on a lot of defense witness requests.

The phrase "Brain is a bag full of cats" comes to mind. IMO, that's a 92 page manifesto over what I presume is a 10 year old grudge blown way out of proportion.

My serious question is, is it against any sort of ethical rules for an attorney to accuse someone of having a mental illness and/or diagnosing them?

Possibly 8.4(g): (g) engage in conduct that the lawyer knows or reasonably should know is harassment or discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, national origin, ethnicity, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status or socioeconomic status in conduct related to the practice of law. This paragraph does not limit the ability of a lawyer to accept, decline or withdraw from a representation in accordance with Rule 1.16. This paragraph does not preclude legitimate advice or advocacy consistent with these Rules.

But unlikely. Possibly defamation unless there is some sort of a privilege due to it being a government hearing.
