On consideration of Appellant's petition for reconsideration, it is ordered upon consideration of Appellant's petition for reconsideration of this Court's opinion issued on October 23, 2023, United States v. Oct. 23, 2023), that the petition for reconsideration is granted in part and denied in part, that the Court's judgment is vacated, and that no additional filings are authorized.
