In United States v. Flores, the court holds that creating a false set of PCS orders, presenting them to a landlord, and asking to be released from the rental because of a PCS clause is not punishable as a false official statement. The guilty plea was, therefore, improvident. The drug convictions were affirmed, as was the sentence.
