Zachary Crane (firstname.lastname@example.org) is NIMJ's Research Fellow in International Criminal Law & War Crimes.
Zachary is a recent law graduate of Hofstra University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and in the top 4% of his class. He also served as an Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law Review.
During his time in law school, Zachary was a Research Assistant to Professor Brenner Fissell, Vice President of NIMJ. As a Research Assistant, Zachary worked on a brief for a direct criminal appeal regarding the scope of the “law of war,” and also wrote various memoranda on novel and complex legal issues surrounding the Guantanamo Bay Military Commissions.
Upon graduation, Zachary worked as an Assistant District Attorney in New York where he prosecuted criminal misdemeanors and violations as part of the Trial Division.
