Which is weird, because POD seems to find it unconscionable if any sexual assault case doesn't go to trial

(Disclosure: I was the first chair on one of the mentioned acquittals. FWIW the Air Force special trial team in that case was very experienced, very good, heavily resourced and not at all a "B-Team.")
