A new grant at CAAF

No. 26-0225/AR. U.S. v. Jonathan R. Pinkerton. CCA 20240353. On consideration of the petition for grant of review of the decision of the United States Army Court of Criminal Appeals, it is ordered that said petition is granted on the following issue:
 
Whether Appellant's right to confrontation was violated with the admission of JP's forensic interview.
