CAAF has denied two writ petitions for lack of jurisdiction. AF. A.F., Petitioner v. United States Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals, et. al. On consideration of the petition for extraordinary relief in the nature of a writ of mandamus, and in view of M.W. v. United States, 83 M.J. 361 (C.A.A.F. 2023), and the motion to supplement the petition for extraordinary relief, it is ordered that the petition is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction and that the motion is denied as moot.
